Inspired by the ancient landscapes of the Zagros Mountains of Persia (Iran), the Zagros Spirit Ring (Oxidized Silver) is an abstract expression of strength, resilience, and the quiet presence of mountain wildlife. The design evokes the spirit of the mountain goat rather than a literal depiction, capturing its deep connection to rugged terrain and cultural memory.
Handcrafted in sterling silver, the ring features an oxidized finish that enhances depth and contrast. The abstract goat motif is rendered in kiln-fired vitreous enamel in deep red, set against warm golden-brown enamel tones that echo the rocky mountains and earth of the Zagros landscape. Together, the enamel and oxidized silver create a rich, layered surface with a strong sense of place.
The ring top measures 30 × 20 × 4 mm and is shown here in UK size O / U.S. size 7½. Each piece is individually handmade, making every ring unique.

Care information
Be aware that enamel is glass, so take extra care is needed when you handle your enamel jewellery pieces. Dropping them could fracture and break the glass. Perfumes, hand cream and chemicals can cause permanent damage to your jewellery. Here are a few suggestions:
- Chemicals in hand creams, moisturisers, make-up, hair spray and perfumes can affect the beauty and lustre of your jewellery, so apply these before wearing your jewellery. Your jewellery should be the last item you put on when you are dressing up.
- Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming in swimming pools or at the sea as water and chemicals, especially chlorine and sea salt, can tarnish and corrode precious metals.
- Remove your jewellery when doing home chores, gardening or sports as it may become scratched or damaged by a sharp or heavy blow.
